Marcy Paris offers a corporate collection, permanent and with no minimum quantities. Modular, eco-friendly, and contemporary, the collection is available in men's and women's models. Can I find Marcy Paris clothing in stores?

Can I customize my clothes?

Marcy Paris offers additional services including personalization applicable to the permanent collection. We master different techniques so that we can meet your specific needs.

How can I request a quote?

If you would like to obtain a personalized quote, we invite you to fill out our online contact form. Our sales team will be happy to process your request as soon as possible.

What types of payment do you accept?

Payment for your purchases on the Marcy.paris site is made by credit card such as: 

Visa©, Eurocard©, Mastercard©, American Express©, electronic wallets such as Apple Pay© and Google Pay©

ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY

How can I track my order?

To track the delivery status of your order, we invite you to go to your account/my orders section. Click on the number of the relevant order and then on "track my order". 

What are the delivery fees?

Delivery charges are calculated automatically when you check out your cart. They vary depending on the quantities and the delivery location. Please note: for large orders in terms of the number of items, the delivery charges will be subject to a specific study and a quote.

What are the delivery times?

The commonly observed timeframe for delivery in France is 48 hours. Marcy Paris is committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier. 

*It is important to note that geopolitical situations or other exceptional circumstances in certain countries or regions may cause delays or temporary inability to deliver.

Which carriers or couriers do you work with?

Pour les expéditions en Europe et à l'international, nous faisons appel à DHL. For local deliveries in mainland France, we collaborate with DPD and Gefco.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship worldwide, via our leading logistics center in its field.

What are the taxes and customs fees?

When purchasing products from Marcy Paris, you must pay VAT. However, as an Authorized Exporter (EA) and Registered Exporter (REX), Marcy Paris can obtain reductions or exemptions of customs duties for its customers in destination countries subject to this regulation. 

Please note that taxes and customs fees are calculated when validating your cart, based on the country of delivery and the regulations in effect in the relevant country. 

Can I modify my order before it is shipped?

We recommend that you contact our sales department on +33 (0)1 85 09 36 90 as soon as possible in order to assess the feasibility of your request.

How can I request a cancellation and a refund before shipping?

If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund before it is shipped, please contact us on +33 (0)1 85 09 36 90 as soon as possible and we will review your request. Once shipped, a return can be requested within 14 days, the return costs will then be your responsibility. 

I couldn't pick up my order and it was returned? What should I do?

If you were unable to collect your order and it has been returned, we advise you to contact us directly at the following email address: contact@marcy.paris or to contact a Marcy Paris sales representative at +33 (0)1 85 09 36 90, so that we can manage the situation with our carrier. We will do our best to find a solution so that you can receive your order as soon as possible. 

Has my order been shipped?

Log in to your customer area then click on “my orders”. You will then be able to view the status of your order:

Currently being processed : the order has been validated and is being prepared.

Completed : the order has been sent to you to the desired delivery address that you indicated to us during your online purchase. You can track your order using the tracking number by connecting to the following address: 

pour la France métropolitaine : DPD ou Gefco selon le nom du transporteur mentionné sur votre bon de commande 

for international: DHL

Waiting : payment for the order has not been finalized, a customer relations ambassador will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with your order.

Canceled : the order has been canceled by you or following the possible unavailability of the item. It is also possible that the payment for your order has not been validated.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

What is the return procedure?

Any complaints regarding the product must be made within 15 working days of receipt of the order. Unless defective, MARCY PARIS does not accept any returns, only exchanges of values are authorized.

If you wish to return a part, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Contact us by email at contact@marcy.paris to notify us of your request.
  2. Once your request has been validated, we will send you a return agreement to include in your package.
  3. Ship your package to the following address:

Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Parts must be returned in excellent condition and in their original packaging.

Any package sent without prior return agreement will be refused upon receipt and reshipped.






What is the exchange procedure?

Any exchange request must be made within 15 working days of receipt of your order.

If you would like to make an exchange, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Contact us by email at contact@marcy.paris to notify us of your exchange request.
  2. Once your request has been validated, we will send you a return agreement to include in your package.
  3. Ship your package to the following address:

Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

How can I recover the password for my account?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Your account" section and then on "forgot password." An email will be sent to you to reset your password.
